A tree fell on my parents house and caused serious damage to the roof, interior of home and knocked down the 2nd story deck. They were able to not only fix the damaged property to back to new but what I appreciated the most was that they really hung in there with me through the whole process. The insurance company didn't want to pay out what was needed for the project, I went through 3 different adjusters and the project manager was there each time to explain how extensive the work would be and finally I got the needed funds. My brother had some work done recently at a property where he is executor for the estate. It is under contract for sale. When the home inspector went out to inspect, he was not aware of a bathtub problem. He turned on the water and ran a lot that went right to the basement. After Champion came and dried it all out, they recommended your company Superior, to get it all back together. My brother, lives in Charlotte, so I try to help him when I can.
Gary Anderson, I believe, was the contact that set up Patrick Mangione to come out and look at the job. Patrick was very professional, as well as caring about the situation. I was very impressed with the time he took, to be sure he had all the details for the job to be completed and returned to the state it was before the leak. Patrick also communicated with my brother during the process. Within a couple of days, I met Sam Elliott at the property. He also noted the details that Patrick had given him. I felt very comfortable leaving the job in his hands.
